Inspired by years of hard work and a love for fresh food and quality ingredients, Simone Falco has partnered with Diano Casearia and M&R Casearia to provide some of the best mozzarella di bufala in Manhattan. The mozzarella is imported straight from Campania, and is guaranteed to satisfy the tastebuds of any and every consumer that it is served to. The mozzarella is currently carried and frequently used at Rossopomodoro, on 118 Greenwich Ave, Eataly New York and Eataly Chicago as well as many other restaurants throughout New York City.


Production and Buffalo's Milk
Our Buffalo's milk comes from the Cilento area of Campania, Italy. All milk that is produced is 100% organic and guaranteed to be non-GMO. There is no other mozzarella like this that can be found in all of Manhattan. It is truly one-of-a-kind.
The Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is produced in a natural way respectfully tied to the traditions of Italy. Our mozzarella is developed throughout three modern plants located in the heart of the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano. We use milk from a very high quality Italian milk collection that comes from the national park farms of Italy, providing for the highest possible quality of mozzarella produced. The quality of the product is guaranteed by careful selection and daily care of these farms, the scrupulous methods of processing and the guarantee of daily deliveries.
The attention we give to the process of making the mozzarella guarantees the safeguarding of the production of mozzarella the and traditions that have been passed on for generations.
With our new technology and machinery allowing us to increase production capacity, we are able to maintain high quality production standards and, at the same time, to be present in almost all the Italian distribution under its own brands and various private labels. The company is always devoted to the improvement of the product and has also established a partnership with the University of Salerno to research new methods of working. We make sure to differentiate ourselves in the market through advanced research as such, as well as by always trying to enhance the quality of our product in every way we can.
